Carol Hicks, Office Administrator (London).
Carol has worked at the PFA since November 1984, joining the union when it employed just 8 staff! For over 20 years Carol worked as PA to Gordon Taylor, and has seen the PFA grow from strength to strength in that time. She has a vast knowledge of our union, and how it functions at all levels.
Since 2010 Carol has worked in the London offices of the PFA on a part-time basis, and currently holds the position of Office Manager, primarily working on the Delegate Liaison team and on the medical side through the PFA’s Accident Insurance Fund.
